Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will assist you with the best possible resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.
